Venue Location: Let us help you find a ceremony venue, hotel, resort, country club, board room or destination venue for your next event. Your Club Planner will pick up our clients and go with our clients to the site search.

Vendor Selection: Club Events & Catering has many domestic and international vendors with whom we have wonderful relationships. Your Club Planner will negotiate best rates, screen vendors and ensure that the quality of each product is up to our Clients standards.

Menu Selection: One of the most important aspects of an event is the menu. Your Club Planner will accompany our clients to food, cake and wine tastings.

Budget: Club Events & Catering is excited to work with every level of budget. We firmly believe in passing our vendor savings straight onto the customer. Since the Club Planner works on an hourly basis, the product price point is strictly the business of each customer. Additionally, a pre-planning budget will be emailed to the customer at the beginning of our journey. This will assist in managing expectations and demonstrate the value of each aspect of the respective event.

Invitation and Printed Materials: Your Club Planner will work the Client, the Club Designer and Club Graphics to establish beautiful save the dates, invitations, websites, banners, company logos and mailings.

Response Management: Club Events & Catering is happy to mail invitations, track all necessary RSVP's and follow up accordingly.

Concept Design: Club Events & Catering has a Club Designer on staff! Let our Club Designer set the concept, style, ambiance and color theme of your next event.

Graphic & Web Design: Club Graphics will work with each Client and Club Planner to establish a distinguished, uniform look or flow for each event.

Audio Visual, Entertainment, Transportation, Destination Management, Event Staffing: Each Club Planner has over 10 years experience working with all of the services needed to attain the perfect event. After meeting with the client, the Club Planner will have a feeling for what our clients are looking for and where to go to get the best service for the best price. 

On Site Coordinator: Your Club Planner will be on site and will put in a full day troubleshooting, on site coordinating, staff instructing, Client contact, venue contact and vendor reconcilliation.
